A two-day hike in Lunndörren, starting at Tossåen

A small wade across the water. The weather was nice at first, but then we got rain and quite a lot of wind.
Lunndörren has beautiful views everywhere
My brother and I were here in 2024, but we encountered gale-force gusts of 30 m/s. We decided against camping and slept in the emergency shelter instead. Another hiker also ended up spending the night there because the wind was too strong. The cabin is chained down to withstand high winds, yet it shook in the gusts almost as if it were about to lift off.
I bought an anemometer to get a feel for the wind. It was blowing a bit this time too; I recorded gusts of 18 m/s.
The weather cleared up, and we escaped the rain for a little while
We found a good spot for the tent, sheltered from the wind; it was nice and level too.
After pitching the tents, we started a hike up Dörrpiken.
The summit is at 1303 meters, but we didn't go all the way up; we stopped at 1250 meters, gaining 400 meters in elevation from the tent.
